PANORAMA EXTENDS SEASON UNTIL APRIL 21st

With total snowfall already approaching the annual average and a deep snow pack from village to summit, Panorama Mountain Resort will be keeping their lifts spinning and extending the winter season right through the Easter holiday weekend!!

Steve Paccagnan, Panorama’s President and CEO, says the decision to open longer comes after requests from skiers and riders in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba.

“Prairie guests have made a tradition of spending Easter on the warm side of the Rockies. As an independent resort, we can make decisions quickly and we want to give everyone the chance to make the most of the incredible snow on the mountain.”

More than $1,000,000 was invested into snowmaking and slope grooming technology leading into this winter, and while Mother Nature has been very generous this year, it’s the snow Panorama has made that will allow them to push late into April. "We plan to open 4,000 vertical feet right until the end,” says Paccagnan.

In addition, April will feature top-flight race events and the ever-popular Superhero Sunfest. The village will be alive through Easter weekend with fun for all the family. Panorama season passes and Snow Cards will be valid until April 21. Lift and lodging specials with up to 25% off are available for stays starting March 31. Click here for more info.
