Return Policy

You have 15 days to return any unused product including sale items that are NOT marked as FINAL SALE items. All merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed before it is returned. Email info@forecastski.com with your order number and you will be given an RA number to include with your return shipment.

Return shipping fees are to be paid entirely by the customer and sent to:

All returns will be refunded once they are received and treated at our offices for approval. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. If you would like to exchange the product you are returning for another size/color, we invite you to place a new order for the replacement of your choice. By proceeding this way, the replacement product will be shipped to you without delay.
