ESPN has announced the return of the X Games Real Series for its ninth year. A forum for the world's best riders and filmers to create premium action sports video content, the Real Series brings together the worlds of competitive action sports and core video parts for six competitions in 2018—Ski, Snowboard, Street, BMX, Moto and Wakeboard.
For the latest installment of Real Ski, Street will return for its third year, last year's gold medalist, Magnus Graner, and fan favourite, LJ Strenio, are saddling up for a second go at it. Joining them will be iconic urban skiers Phil Casabon and Mike Hornbeck, the multi-talented Antti Ollila, and newcomer Keegan Kilbride.
Each skier will have two months to put together their best 90-second street skiing segment, which will then be judged by a panel of expers including pro skiers Tom Wallisch, Vincent Gagnier and Ahmet Dadali, Level 1 Productions' Josh Berman, and our very own editor, Jeff Schmuck.
