FORECAST ISSUE 7.1 PREVIEW

Now that the heat waves of summer are behind us, it’s time to start thinking about winter, so we’re excited to announce our first issue of the year, which is now available in ski shops across Canada.

Drumroll for the cover, which is graced by the one and only Tatum Monod, as shot in the Whistler, B.C. backcountry by the phenomenally talented Blake Jorgenson.

Here’s a preview of what’s inside…

2022 BUYER’S GUIDE + THE PEOPLE’S SKI TEST
To arm you with as much information as possible for purchasing the most advantageous tools of the trade this winter, we’ve enhanced our annual Buyer’s Guide via our first-ever ski test with every day skiers from Red Mountain Resort and Revelstoke Mountain Resort, alongside a look at over 200 of the year’s best planks.

FAMILIAR FRONTIER
Go behind-the-scenes on our two-part video series from earlier this year (and in the event that you missed it, check it out by clicking here) in which backcountry dignitary Chris Rubens and terrain park stalwart Noah Morrison play a game of trading places by touring each other around their respective stomping grounds of Revelstoke Mountain Resort and Silverstar Mountain Resort.

In addition to the above, we offer profiles on cover girl Tatum Monod (in which she discusses a series of physical and mental struggles she endured and overcame while shooting for her latest film project) and the pioneer of skiing podcasts, Low Pressure Podcast’s Mark Warner, along with a look at Christina Lustenberger and Ian McIntosh’s historic first descent of Mount Nelson near Panorama Mountain Resort, the chance to win a full setup from Head Skis in conjunction with hot shot Cole Richardson, and much, much more.
