More than a results reel, it explores everything that goes into a season; the anticipation, decisions, relationships, and challenges that shape the experience long before the payoff. Blending behind-the-scenes vérité, action, and athlete-driven storytelling, Inside the Season follows one of skiing’s most dynamic teams through the unpredictability of a winter together, chasing opportunity, adapting when plans change, and making the most of the moments when everything comes together.
“It was day two at Whitecap, Meg, Emil, Xander and I headed out with owner Lars Andrews to one of their iconic faces. It was a cold, beautiful sunrise but we weren’t quite sure if everything was going to line up. Xander dropped first, went inverted off the spine, and the second he landed that textbook backflip, the radios erupted. What made it even better was knowing the lodge guests were watching it all unfold over their morning coffee. It was pretty fun seeing them talking with Xander around the fire that night about what they’d witnessed. Definitely one of those one-of-a-kind moments from the season.” —Jeff Thomas
