Head Freeskiing x Carlo Mion - Niseko

In a new short film from Carlo Mion, Head Freeskiing athletes Evan McEachran, Jonathan Rollins and Aaron Blunck venture to Niseko, Japan, chasing a final taste of winter. The season's tail end and a disappointing snowfall back home made them hesitate—but the promise of fresh powder was too tempting.

Arriving in Japan, they're greeted with an unexpected snowfall that soon turns treacherous, transforming the dream trip into a high-stakes adventure. Faced with worsening conditions, high avalanche risk, and an unpredictable snowpack, the team pushes through, determined to make the best of it. For two of them, it’s a first taste of Niseko's unique terrain, and despite the odds, the mountain rewards their tenacity with moments of thrill and camaraderie that won’t soon be forgotten.
