HEAD FREESKIING - HIDDEN GEM

Not far from the busy slopes of Whistler Blackcomb, deep in the heart of the Callaghan Valley, lies an off-the-grid lodge surrounded by old-growth forest and alpine peaks. In this non-motorized zone, all turns have to be earned. But touring through the trees before sunrise is a small investment considering the terrain and snow that awaits. Follow Freeride World Tour Athletes Jess Hotter and Blake Marshall, accompanied by local shredders Ian Morrison and Riley Leboe, into the La La Land of backcountry skiing in the second episode of Head Freeskiing's KORE video series: Hidden Gem.
