RED BULL PLAYSTREETS RETURNS
The countdown is on: the ninth edition of Red Bull PlayStreets is coming up! On February 10th, 2023, the best freeskiers in the world will show their skills at the legendary freestyle skiing spectacle in the centre of Bad Gastein, SalzburgerLand, Austria. The international field includes the winners of the last two events and, for the first time, some of the world’s best female freeskiers will take part in the Best Trick Session on Thursday. On Friday, February 10th, the main event will be held on a completely restructured course in the streets of Bad Gastein, and you can watch the action live on Red Bull TV.

New Course in Bad Gastein
For Red Bull PlayStreets 2023, the 400-metre course through the centre of Bad Gastein, which is shaped by the Schneestern agency, has been completely redesigned. The course starts with a banger: the riders are pulled into the KIA Quarterpipe with the help of a winch, something that has rarely been done before in a slopestyle contest. The next highlight is the eight-metre-high Oakley Wallride. The Playground, a trampoline embedded in the snow, is another obstacle that has never before been integrated into competition in this way. The grand finale takes place at the Last Dance, a rail section that will be a challenge even for the best. From there, it’s off to the new finish arena in front of the Hotel Elisabethpark.
