"Singing to myself, grinning ear-to-ear, and stoke levels to the moon. The Dynastar M-Pro 99 W is a crowd favourite, and it was easy to see why the moment I clicked into it. This ski immediately wanted to perform anywhere I took it. The hybrid poplar/polyurethane core allows it to have a damp, supple, powerful feel. Take this weapon on the groomers, choppy chunder or fluffy pow, and the responsiveness is mind-blowing. The full sidewall brings precision and grip to the ski’s character, giving it a nimble feel, and the titanal insert provided power where I needed it. The tapered tail kept things in line and maintained control, exhibiting a party-in-the-front, business-in-the-back attitude, while the adaptive sidecut allowed this ski to be agile, and brought a cheeky suaveness to my skiing. The M-Pro is a real do-as-your-told ski that is eager to please the advanced to expert skier—and became my soul ski. It gets me." –Katie Spittlehouse

Age: 30 / Height: 5’8” / Weight: 155 lbs / Occupation: MRI Technologist
Originally from Ontario, Katie Spittlehouse has lived in Rossland since 2014, where she works as an MRI technologist and a coach of the Canadian Paralympic Ski Team—which means she knows a thing or two about proper ski technique. As a result, Spittlehouse is all about arcing pristine slalom turns on fresh corduroy, but like the rest of us, loves nothing more than a bottomless pow day with friends. Her typical ski is around 110 millimetres in the waist, with camber underfoot and rocker in the tip and tail, in a 175- to 180-centimetre range.
