The Salomon QST 94 is a lightweight unisex ski with great flex that turned quickly in trees, bumps and moguls, yet remained surprisingly damp with very little chatter. It was stable at speed and performed both large radius and short, carvings turns. Edging this ski on groomers took a bit of pressure up front due to the shape of the tips, but the tail linked in nicely and held through the turn. It was easy to transition from one snow condition to another, and this ski will perform well for any skill level. It will help a beginner or intermediate improve, and provide a whole lot of playful fun all over the mountain for a skier who’s more advanced. The Salomon QST 94 is your all-mountain, most conditions, I want to go out there and have a great time ski. —Sarah Taylor
