The Salomon QST 100 is the perfect all-mountain ski for fans of cruising high-speed groomers and bobbing, weaving and jumping around in the trees. For being only 100 millimetres underfoot, this ski performed surprisingly well in off-piste powder, but I found it excelled most while carving it up on the groomed, where it stayed incredibly stable and held a solid edge in harder snow conditions. Salomon has truly cast a wide net with this ski, so I would recommend it to any level of skier—from a male or female beginner all the way up to an expert—who’s looking to rip corduroy, progress their style, or get playful in pow. —Nevan Fuller
