The Faction Prodigy 2 is an amazing ski for off-piste terrain that’s ideal for anyone from an advanced to expert skier. It pivots quickly, and at 98-millimetres underfoot with an 18-metre turn radius, has an ideal shape for skiing the trees and steeps. It naturally excelled in powder, and really stood out in choppy conditions, where it made bumpy snow feel silky smooth. I was also incredibly impressed by how well it performed on-piste. It’s a stable, fun and snappy ski, and I love the retro space pinball graphics and colours. The Prodigy will take you to another planet! —Andrea McCormick
