The first thing that comes to mind about the Blizzard Canvas 100 is how poppy it is. It’s abundantly clear what Blizzard’s objective was when they dreamt up this ski—to produce a ski that wants to be spinning in the air more than it wants to be on the ground. With the combination of its extremely light tip and tail and springy core, this ski has a playful side to it for sure. However it doesn't just stop there, as this ski also ripped crud, chalk, soft pillow lines and sent big hits too. Stepping onto the Canvas will make any intermediate to expert skier look at the mountain in a entirely different way, and don’t be surprised if you start reaching for new opportunities to throw yourself off things that you probably shouldn't. —Matt Carriere
