WIN FREE GEAR FROM SCOTT SPORTS AND DANE TUDOR

Raised in Rossland, British Columbia, which he still calls home, 30-year-old Dane Tudor has been a consistent force in the world of freeskiing since he first began turning heads well over a decade ago. Along the way, his multi-faceted abilities in the backcountry and terrain park have made him no stranger to the camera, having appeared in award-winning films from the likes of Poor Boyz Productions, Teton Gravity Research, Sherpas Cinema and more. But now, Tudor is taking matters into his own hands—and further revealing his skillset—by unveiling his own video project, The Mountains Are Calling. The short film will premiere at a handful of festivals over the next month, before being released online for free. It follows Tudor and up-and-comer (and fellow Rosslander) Simon Hillis as they embark on a six-week journey to explore the deep backcountry of the Kootenay region of B.C., while offering an introspective look at their attraction to the mountains.

To facilitate Tudor’s dream of creating a film based on his passion for his backyard, he teamed up with his biggest supporter, Scott Sports, which has been outfitting him head-to-toe for many moons. And for our second contest of the season, we’ve decided to do the same, by offering you the chance to score a set of LCG Evo Goggles, a Track Plus Helmet and a pair of Team Issue Poles courtesy of Scott.

Here's what you can win!

To enter for your chance to win, upload the most creative photo of mountains that you’ve shot to Instagram and follow and tag @danetudor, @scottsportscanada and @forecastski in your post, along with the hashtag #mountaincreativity. Tudor will then examine the entries himself to select a winner, which we’ll announce once winter is underway. Good luck!
