Win Skis From Tatum Monod & Rossignol!

Rossignol sure has come a long way over the years. From humble French roots, originally choosing the coq as their symbol, they’ve since risen above the general sausage party that is skiing to become a brand that’s synonymous with some of the best female big mountain skiers in the world, like Tatum Monod. The powerfully precise Alberta native brandishes the various legacies she carries with whole-hearted pride. Rossignol’s been a part of her life since she was knee-high to a Bandit XXX, growing up in her family’s famous ski shop in Banff and ski racing at the Big 3.

It only makes sense Rossignol would be the sticks she’d sport to help reimagine what a woman can do on snow, toss her first double backie, and bend the internet sideways with film segments in some of the world’s premiere shred flicks. She’s since made it her longstanding mission to help others break boundaries, too—personal or otherwise. Not just for women, but for men: because we live in a post-gender-division world, dammit. And, well, she’s better than you.

Skiing’s the bomb no matter what chromosomes you carry, so this barrier-busting heroine wants you to wrap your head around getting on the Monod program—proven to improve performance. That’s why we’ve teamed up with her and Rossignol to offer an equal-opportunity chance to win a pair of planks of your choice: a Soul 7 W (for the ladies), or a Soul 7 HD (for the gentlemen). Don’t be afraid to crossdress.

To enter (note that you must live in Canada or the U.S. to be eligible), upload a photo to Instagram of your biggest and best backflip. Be sure to follow @forecastski, and tag @tatummonod, @rossignol and @forecastski in your post, along with the hashtag #BackiesForTatum. Since Monod knows a thing or two about big ol’ backflips, she’ll then make her way through the entries herself to pick a winner.

On behalf of Tatum and everyone at Rossignol and Forecast, good luck, and stay tuned for the winner of the Rob Heule + Line Skis Contest, which we'll announce after Santa has come down the chimney. Happy Holidays!
