OAKLEY WEEK AT WHISTLER BLACKCOMB

It's official... Oakley Week is returning to Whistler Blackcomb. Following the success of last year, which included a multitude of free on-hill activities for the general public to enjoy, the biggest eyewear brand in the world is back for another go at it, with goggle demos, touring and avalanche clinics and more.

Here’s a look at the schedule of events, which kick off this Wednesday…

Prizm Goggle Demos: From Wednesday through Sunday, pop by one of the Oakley tents near the top of Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains to test out the latest and greatest goggles equipped with Prizm technology at no charge.

Prizm Lab: At the base of the mountains, learn more about the mad science behind Oakley’s products and technologies, and/or claim prizes if you’re lucky enough to score yourself one of Oakley’s coveted Golden Tickets.

Kick Off Party: Start the weekend off right at Maxx Fish on Thursday night, where some of Oakley’s top athletes will be celebrating the season so far.

Touring Clinic: On Thursday and Friday, learn the tricks of the trade when it comes to ski touring or split boarding courtesy of a complementary touring clinic, for which gear will be provided (lift ticket not included).

Avalanche Clinic: On Saturday and Sunday, immerse yourself in an invaluable avalanche training course in order to keep yourself and your partners safe in the backcountry (ski equipment and lift ticket not included).

Throughout it all, an all-star lineup of Oakley athletes will be on hand, so you can rub shoulders with your heroes while taking advantage of the informative and good-natured good times that Oakley will be providing. We’ll see you there.
